Short answer
Email us at hello@erectiledysfunctionphilippines.com for corrections, press and general questions. We cannot give personal medical advice by email. If you have urgent symptoms, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room now.
How do I contact ED Philippines?
By email: hello@erectiledysfunctionphilippines.com. We read every message and aim to reply within a few working days. We do not have a phone line, a chat service or a physical office open to the public.
Please put one of these words in the subject line so your message reaches the right person:
- Correction for errors on a page.
- Press for media and interview requests.
- Privacy for data requests under the Data Privacy Act.
- General for anything else.
Can you answer my medical question?
No. We are an educational site, not a clinic, and we cannot assess anyone's health by email. Even our medical reviewer does not answer individual questions through the site. A reply from us could not take your history, your blood pressure or your other medicines into account, and that is what safe advice depends on.
What you can do instead:
- Read the page closest to your question; each one ends with its sources.
- Try our free ED self-check as a starting point for a conversation with a doctor.
- See a licensed doctor, in person or by telehealth. A doctor can examine you, check for linked problems such as diabetes or high blood pressure, and decide whether any treatment suits you.
Please do not send us personal health details. If you do, we will use them only to reply to you.
How do I report an error?
Email us with the subject Correction and include:
- The page address.
- The sentence or figure you think is wrong.
- A source, if you have one.
Safety-related reports are handled first. If a price looks out of date, tell us the pharmacy and the date you saw a different price; we will recheck it at the source before changing anything. You can see how we check figures on our sources and methodology page and the current dated list on the prices page. How corrections are made and noted is set out in our editorial policy.
Press and media enquiries
Journalists can email with the subject Press. We can explain how our price data is collected and point you to the sources behind any page. We will not comment on individual patients, and our medical reviewer does not comment on specific brands or providers.
Can a company pay to be listed or reviewed?
No. We do not accept payment for coverage, rankings, removals or sponsored articles. Pharmacies, brands and telehealth services that think a fact about them is wrong are welcome to send a correction with a source, like anyone else. The way the site is funded is explained on our about page.
Privacy requests
To ask what data we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email us with the subject Privacy. We hold almost no personal data; see our privacy policy for the full list.
Want an answer for your own situation? Talk to a licensed doctor online. It is private, and the doctor decides what, if anything, suits you.
