ED treatment in the Philippines for expats and visitors
ED care in Angeles and Clark for expats
ED care for foreign residents in Angeles and Clark: Pulse Clinic Angeles, hospital options, pharmacies, telehealth delivery to Pampanga, and prescriptions.
Short answer
Angeles and Clark have one of the largest communities of foreign residents in the Philippines, and English-speaking ED care is easy to reach. Pulse Clinic has a clinic in Angeles near Clark and says it serves foreign nationals; The Medical City Clark has a prostate care center; and online services deliver to Pampanga. You will need a prescription from a PRC-licensed doctor for sildenafil (Viagra) or tadalafil (Cialis).
Where can I get ED care in Angeles and Clark?
You have three routes: a men's health clinic in Angeles, a hospital in the Clark Freeport Zone or Angeles City, or an online consultation with delivery. All of them work in English.
The clinics below are the ones we have verified from their own published pages. We add entries only once we have confirmed them.

Pulse Clinic Angeles: what does it offer?
Pulse Clinic is a men's health and sexual health clinic chain with branches in Makati and in Angeles City, near Clark. Its ED page describes consultations for erectile dysfunction and related sexual health concerns, and it states that it serves foreign nationals with English-speaking staff.
Points that matter to expats:
- Messaging apps. Pulse Clinic offers contact by WhatsApp, Viber or LINE. Most foreign residents already use WhatsApp, which makes booking simpler than a local phone call.
- In-person assessment. Because it is a physical clinic, the doctor can examine you, check your blood pressure and arrange tests if needed. That is useful if ED is new or has changed, or if you have diabetes or heart disease.
- Prescription. Doctors practising in the Philippines must hold a licence from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), and a prescription showing a PRC licence number is accepted at any Philippine pharmacy.
- Fees. Pulse Clinic does not publish its consultation fee or treatment prices on the page we checked. Ask when you book.
We are an independent guide and are not paid by Pulse Clinic. We list it because its own site says it treats ED and serves foreigners, and because it is one of the few clinics in the area that says so.
Are there hospitals with urology services in Clark and Angeles?
Yes, though our directory is still being completed. For a full work-up, a hospital is the thorough option, especially if ED came on with diabetes, heart disease or prostate symptoms.
- The Medical City Clark, in the Clark Freeport Zone, is a tertiary hospital. Its clinical departments page lists a Department of Surgery and, under centers and units, a Kidney Stone and Prostate Care (KSPC) Center. We have not yet confirmed a dedicated ED or andrology clinic there, so call the hospital and ask for a urology appointment.
- Other hospitals in Angeles City. Angeles has several private hospitals with surgical departments. We are verifying which of them run urology clinics, and will list them once we have checked their own pages.
If you would like to see a urologist in Metro Manila instead, St. Luke's Medical Center has an Institute of Urology with an andrology and erectile function service in BGC and Quezon City. Clark to BGC is usually a two to three hour drive via the North Luzon Expressway. See ED care in Makati and BGC and our urologists and clinics directory.
Can I get ED medicine delivered to Angeles and Clark?
Yes. Several online services say they deliver nationwide. Their delivery claims, as published on their own sites:
| Provider | Delivery, as published |
|---|---|
| Rocky (GoRocky) | Same-day in Metro Manila, Rizal, Laguna and Cavite; free nationwide |
| NowExpress | Nationwide, free in Metro Manila |
| &you | Free discreet shipping (coverage not stated) |
| Doctor Anywhere | Same-day for requests before 1 pm (coverage not stated) |
| andSons | Not published |
Pampanga is outside the same-day zones these providers name, so expect delivery to take longer than in Metro Manila. None of them publishes a delivery time for Angeles or Clark; ask before you complete a consultation if timing matters.
Most of these services do not say on their sites whether they serve foreign nationals. Pulse Clinic does. Before you pay, ask any online service whether it accepts patients on a foreign passport and a foreign-issued card. The full comparison is in our online ED consultation guide.
Which pharmacies are in Angeles and Clark?
The national chains all have branches in Angeles City and around Clark, mostly in malls and along the main roads.
- Mercury Drug, the largest pharmacy chain in the country, has branches across Angeles and Mabalacat.
- Watsons has branches in the large malls.
- Southstar Drug and TGP (The Generics Pharmacy) are common in Central Luzon. TGP focuses on low-cost generics.
- Hospital pharmacies, including at the larger private hospitals, dispense against prescriptions from their own doctors and from outside doctors.
All of them ask for a prescription before dispensing sildenafil or tadalafil. Whether they accept a foreign prescription is up to the pharmacist on duty; a Philippine prescription is accepted everywhere. See prescriptions for foreigners.
Larger branches in malls generally take international Visa and Mastercard cards. Smaller branches may be cash only. You do not need GCash or Maya to pay at a pharmacy.
How much will it cost?
Prices on this page show in US dollars by default. The cheapest checked generic sildenafil 50 mg tablet is US$0.82 (Erecto, TGP), and the cheapest checked tadalafil 20 mg tablet is US$6.58 (Torfil, Watsons). Branded Viagra 50 mg is US$15.25 (Viagra, Watsons).
Those prices come from the pharmacies' national websites. Branch prices in Angeles may differ a little, and not every branch stocks every brand. For the full table, see ED medicine prices in dollars, pounds and euros, or the peso-based sildenafil price guide.
What should I tell the doctor?
Many foreign residents in Angeles and Clark are retirees managing other long-term conditions. The doctor needs to know about all of them before prescribing.
- Heart disease and nitrates. Sildenafil and tadalafil must never be combined with nitrates, such as nitroglycerin spray or isosorbide tablets. They are usually avoided after a recent heart attack or stroke.
- Blood pressure and prostate medicines. Alpha blockers (for example tamsulosin or doxazosin) can add to the blood-pressure-lowering effect. Your doctor will take them into account.
- Diabetes. ED is common with diabetes and is often a reason to review blood sugar control too.
- Your previous prescription. Bring your old prescription or pack from home, with the generic name and strength.
The doctor decides whether treatment is suitable, which medicine, which strength and how often. More detail is in side effects and safety.
Bringing your own supply from home
If you fly into Clark International Airport with your own supply, carry it in the original packaging in your hand luggage, with your prescription and a doctor's letter. A reasonable personal supply (about 30 to 90 days) is the practical standard. Rules can change, so check with the Bureau of Customs and FDA Philippines before you travel. Our guide to bringing ED medication into the Philippines has the detail.
A word on safety
Avoid tablets offered with no prescription by street sellers, market stalls or social media accounts. They are frequently unregistered or counterfeit, and some "herbal" products contain hidden sildenafil at unknown strengths, which is dangerous for anyone on nitrates. Every registered medicine can be checked on the FDA Verification Portal. See how to spot fake ED pills.
For an emergency, such as chest pain, an erection lasting over 4 hours, or sudden loss of vision or hearing, go to the nearest hospital emergency department. The UK FCDO notes that medical care may not meet UK standards, particularly in rural and remote areas; Clark and Angeles have private hospitals with emergency rooms. Keep a written list of your medicines with you.
See a licensed doctor
If you would rather start online than visit a clinic, a consultation with a PRC-licensed doctor gives you a Philippine prescription that any pharmacy in Angeles or Clark will accept.
