ED Philippines

Free tools

Two free, private tools: a five-question ED self-check that stores nothing, and a calculator for what ED medicine costs per use and per month in pesos.

Short answer

Two free tools, both private. The ED self-check asks five questions and tells you how your answers compare, without saving anything. The cost calculator shows what a prescribed medicine costs per use and per month, using only prices we have verified.

Which tool should you use first?

If you are not sure whether what you are noticing counts as erectile dysfunction, start with the self-check. If a doctor has already prescribed sildenafil or tadalafil, or you want to know what treatment could cost before a consultation, use the calculator.

Are these tools private?

Yes. Both run entirely in your browser. The self-check does not store your answers or your score, and the only thing our analytics learns is that someone finished it, with no answers and no score attached. The calculator remembers only your currency choice, on your own device. Our privacy policy has the details.

What these tools are not

Neither tool is a diagnosis or a prescription. A self-check score cannot tell you why erections are difficult, and a price comparison cannot tell you which medicine is safe for you. Those are a doctor's job, and the conversation is shorter than most men expect.

The calculator only uses prices from our verified price list, each with the pharmacy and the date we checked it. Medicines with no verified price yet, such as dapoxetine (Priligy) and Tadah Forte, are left out rather than guessed.

How were these tools built?

The self-check uses five original questions that cover the same ground as questionnaires doctors use, such as the IIEF-5: confidence, firmness, keeping an erection, finishing and overall satisfaction. We wrote our own wording so the questions read naturally for Filipino men and expats, and we kept the scoring simple: 1 to 5 for each answer, 5 to 25 in total, with five bands from no signs of ED to severe.

The calculator uses only rows from our price list marked as verified, with the pharmacy, the strength, the source page and the date we checked it. Pack prices are divided into a per-tablet figure. Currency conversion uses fixed reference rates that we set by hand and label as not live.

What should I do after using them?

If the self-check suggests ED, or if you already know you want treatment, the next step is a conversation with a licensed doctor. That can happen at a clinic, with a urologist, or online. Our guide to online ED consultations compares the services that operate in the Philippines, and our page on what causes erectile dysfunction explains what the doctor will look for.

If cost is the worry, compare the sildenafil and tadalafil price pages before you fill a prescription. The gap between the originator brand and the cheapest generic is often larger than men expect.
