ED medicine cost calculator
See what sildenafil or tadalafil costs per use and per month in pesos or dollars, using only verified pharmacy prices, and find the cheapest equivalent.
Short answer
Pick a medicine, a strength and a pharmacy, then how many times a month. The calculator shows the cost per use, the monthly cost and the cheapest verified tablet at the same strength. It uses only prices we have checked and dated.

Cost per use is the price of one tablet of the strength you picked, from pharmacy prices checked on 2026-10-27. Prescription required. Your doctor decides which strength and how often, if at all.
How is the cost per use worked out?
Cost per use is the price of one tablet of the strength you choose. For medicines sold in packs, such as some generics, we divide the pack price by the number of tablets. The monthly figure is that per-tablet price times the number of uses you set on the slider.
The calculator does not tell you how much to take or how often. Your doctor decides the strength, and whether on-demand or daily treatment suits you. The slider is there so you can see the cost of a plan your doctor has already discussed with you.
Why is the cheapest option so much cheaper?
Because you are mostly paying for the brand. A 50 mg sildenafil tablet costs anywhere from ₱49 to ₱915 at the pharmacies we checked: about 19 times as much for the most expensive. Every legally sold generic must be registered with the FDA Philippines and contain the same active ingredient as the originator.
Generics can differ in tablet shape, colour, inactive ingredients and maker, and some men have a preference. Ask your doctor whether a generic is suitable for you, and a pharmacist whether they stock it. Our sildenafil price guide and tadalafil price guide list every option.
What about daily tadalafil?
Some men take a low dose of tadalafil every day instead of a tablet before sex. A daily plan means 30 tablets a month, so set the slider to 30 and choose a low strength to see the monthly cost. Read daily tadalafil in the Philippines for who it may suit.
Why are some medicines missing?
We only include prices we could verify from a pharmacy's own listing, with the date we checked. Dapoxetine (Priligy), Tadah Forte, Thafil and some MedsGo listings are still being checked, so they are left out rather than guessed. Prices change, and pharmacies run their own promotions, so treat every figure as a guide and confirm at the counter.
How do on-demand and daily plans compare?
On-demand treatment means a tablet only on the days you plan to have sex, so the monthly cost rises and falls with how often that is. Daily treatment means one low-strength tablet every day, whether or not you have sex that day, so the cost is fixed at 30 tablets a month.
For example, a 20 mg tadalafil tablet from the cheapest verified pharmacy four times a month comes to ₱NaN, while 30 tablets of the 5 mg originator would come to ₱NaN. Those are cost illustrations, not a recommendation: which plan suits you depends on your health, your other medicines and what your doctor advises. Men with an enlarged prostate (BPH) are sometimes offered daily tadalafil for both conditions, which can change the maths.
Which pharmacies are included?
The prices come from the pharmacies' own websites or published suggested retail prices: Watsons, TGP (The Generics Pharmacy), Southstar Drug, Rose Pharmacy, the RiteMed price list and NowExpress. Mercury Drug does not list these prices online in a form we could verify, so it is not in the calculator yet. Branch prices can differ from online prices, and stock varies by branch. Our methodology page explains exactly how each figure was checked.
Can I see prices in dollars?
Yes. Use the currency selector to switch between pesos, US dollars, pounds, Australian dollars and euros. Conversions use a fixed reference rate that we update by hand, not a live rate, so your bank or card will differ a little.
